Rodgers Wins MVP

Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers won the NFL's MVP award this weekend. Rodgers won 48 of the 50 votes, Saints QB Drew Brees got the other 2 votes. Rodgers is the first Packers to win it since Brett Favre, and the 5th packer ever to win. The other Green Bay winners were Bart Starr, Jim Taylor, Paul Hornung.  He finished the season with a 122.5 QB rating which is an NFL record. Rodgers also threw 45 touchdowns and only six interceptions. Packers rookie wide receiver Randall Cobb also won play of the year for his 108 yard kick off return against the Saints in the first game of the year. 108 yards ties an NFL record for the longest return.
